Media Release By signing up for this course, I (or the parent/legal guardian if the student is a minor) hereby give the Freedom Academy assigns, licensees and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name / picture / video for any lawful form of advertising and/or promotional material. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
