Freedom Academy's LeadHERship program is designed for women who want to strengthen leadership skills and build a strong network of resources to sustain professional growth and bring more voices to the table. This program is designed for women by women and mitigates challenges unique to women in the workforce. A comprehensive development approach is used to ensure both mindset and behaviors support an individual's professional career goals and includes a structure for mentoring emerging female leaders in ways that encourage continuous growth and opportunities. (9 Module Series Including DISC- Each Module is 3 Hours Long)
